Our personnel have an email system set up through a remote independent server which is permanently active, and which provides greater security and quality in sending and receiving emails. This resource guarantees full communication among the work team, regardless of their location.

At NAE® we offer our clients a file transfer protocol between systems connected to the internet, so that we can connect to a server from any system in order to download files, or to send our own files independently of the operating system used in each system.

The server for this document management is maintained by a specialist company in order to guarantee quality, and security when dealing with our customers’ details.

This file exchange is protected by restricting access to NAE ACÚSTICA customers, meaning that each client can only access the FTP assigned to his/her project.
