ACOUSTICS IN TOWN-PLANNING AND THE ENVIRONMENT
NAE ACÚSTICA collaborates with and supports urban architects and environmental engineers in surveys and projects dedicated to town planning and to the development and restructuring of city spaces. We characterise and assess any source of noise which affects the surrounding outer environment , and then explain the town planning proposal.
In these cases, the work of an acoustic engineer is fundamental. Their knowledge and experience is used to solve noise problems in town planning, as well as to objectively assess the substances that affect the environment analysed, such as:
- ASSESSMENT of NOISE and VIBRATIONS in industrial settings and industrial infrastructure or transport
- PREDICTION through SIMULATION of future situations
- ADAPTATION of the project to the current town-planning REGULATIONS
- Design and simulation of SOLUTIONS to the acoustic and vibratory impact
- ADVICE for the town planner and explanation of the measures adopted
Early urban planning allows for the optimisation of resources and simplifies the action plans, leading to a reduction in noise.
